Charges have been laid against a B.C. man who allegedly swam naked with sharks in Toronto.
Toronto Police say the first incident took place outside Medieval Times where the man allegedly assaulted another man.
Two hours later, police allege the man went to Ripley's Aquarium where he took off his clothes, crossed a barrier and jumped into the shark tank.
37 year old David Weaver is facing one count of assault causing bodily harm and two mischief-related charges.
The B.C. man was arrested in Thunder Bay on Tuesday and has been transported back to Toronto where he appeared in court today.
