A 37 year old Port Colborne man is facing a slew of charges following an investigation into internet child exploitation.
Niagara Regional Police say their counterparts in the United States tipped them off to a suspect after they discovered someone was exploiting children over the internet from within the Niagara Region.
Bryan Leslie Pringle is facing a total of six charges.
Two charges of Luring a Child under the age of 18 years contrary to section 172.1(a) Criminal Code of Canada for the purpose of facilitating the commission of an offence with respect to that person under subsection 163.1 (Make/Distribute/Access Child Pornography)
Two charges of Luring a Child under the age of 16 years contrary to section 172.1(b) Criminal Code of Canada for the purpose of facilitating the commission of an offence under section 151 (Sexual Interference) with respect to that person.
One charge of Access Child Pornography contrary to section 163.1(4.1) Criminal Code of Canada.
One charge of Fail to Comply with a Section 161 Criminal
Code of Canada Prohibition Order.
