Pelham's parade gets underway at 1:00 pm starting at Bethany Christian Reform Church.
In Niagara on the Lake...the jolly elf arrives at 11 o'clock in the old town for the annual parde that winds its way along Queen Street.
Reach Out Niagara is holding a Christmas wreath workshop fundraiser at St George's Anglican Church in St. Catharines to raise money for Pathstone's Mental Health Care Centre and Reach out Niagara.
