A Newstalk 610 CKTB staff member is being featured on an online video encouraging people to vote in the June provincial election.
CKTB's Abby Green is asking residents to ensure they are registered to vote so when June 7th rolls again they are ready to cast a ballot.
Green says it's great that we live in a place where votes count and can create change in the political landscape.

Two months ago, Elections Ontario conducted a vote concerning accessibility and ensured all polling locations were accessible.
Green says that's an important first step since local residents with accessibility issues know their neighbourhoods well and are usually familiar with which buildings are easy to enter.
