A third collision reporting centre has opened in Niagara.
The centre opened yesterday at the NRP's 1 District office on Church Street in St. Catharines.
The centres are designed to reduce wait times for the public involved in minor car crashes and free up officers to perform other duties.
Anyone involved in a collision where they are no injuries, there is no objection to its use by either party, there is no criminal activity or damage to private property or a highway, can use the centre to report a crash.
The model has also been proven to help speed up insurance claims by two days.
The two other reporting centres are located, at the NRP's District 3 office in Welland and a NRP's District 2 office in Niagara Falls.
