Colton Incze was outstanding in goal as the IceDogs picked up a big point on the road, losing 4-3 in overtime. Johnny Corneil's team leading goal with 62 seconds left sent the game to extra time.
Down 2-0 after the first, the IceDogs cut the deficit in the second on Josh Dame's second goal of the year. The play was set up by a fabulous right wing between the legs pass by Pavel Demin. Kitchener would restore the two goal advantage late on a 5 on 3 power play.
In the third, Liam Ham's right point shot found the back of the net through a maze of legs at 7:36. Colton Incze then took over making several remarkable save before Corneil tied it up late. The winner came mid-way through the five minute overtime.
Kitchener out-shot the IceDogs 37-34. The single point lifts the IceDogs one point ahead of North Bay for 8th in the Eastern Conference.
