Tassone refutes a published report yesterday that hinted the work will take longer than anticipated, resulting in more delays for motorists.
He says if you read the body of the article, it's not a delay, it's just some materials will take longer to arrive.
A fact, Tassone notes they took into consideration when setting the completion date for the project.
He adds some materials, which he calls state of the art, are coming from Europe.
