It took 8 people, but a coyote was freed safely from the barriers on the QEW where she was trapped.
In a posting on Facebook, the Lincoln County Humane Society explains that the coyote had jumped the barrier on the QEW on the top of Geneva St and walked along the barrier along McCalla Drive.
She then became extremely wedged in between 2 barriers.
After at least 45 minutes, members of the LCHS, Ontario Provincial Police, and The Miller Group managed to free her.
Eventually they released the healthy coyote back into the wild.
