U-S Customs has released a photo of a ``mock improvised explosive device'' seized from a passenger's suitcase at Toronto's Pearson International Airport earlier this month.
The discovery of the device during an inspection at the airport's pre-clearance area caused what was described as a major security breach.
Passengers on a United Airlines flight to Chicago were stuck on the tarmac for more than four hours before they could disembark.
A 58-year-old American man was charged with one count of mischief in connection with the incident.
His wife previously told A-B-C News the device was an alarm clock but the photo appears to depict a fake bomb.
