An FYI this morning, a free grocery giveaway in St. Catharines is being delayed by one day.
The original date was set for tomorrow at noon in St. Catharines, but now it is being moved to Friday from 12 to 2 in downtown Market Square.
Councillor Mat Siscoe says the full delivery won't be available until tomorrow afternoon so they decided to put it off for a day.
Volunteers from the City of St. Catharines, Community Care and Community Support Services of Niagara will be handing out free groceries to anyone able to stop by.
An anonymous donor is again behind the giveaway, similar events have taken place in Welland, Port Colborne, Niagara Falls and two in Thorold.
