A B.C. judge is expected to render a decision today on a constitutional challenge involving polygamy.
Two men, Winston Blackmore and James Oler, both leaders of a religious sect in Bountiful, B.C. launched the challenge.
The two, who are members of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, argue their rights to freedom of religion and expression were violated last summer when a lower court found them guilty of having multiple wives.
