A Quebec Superior Court judge has awarded nearly $45,000 in a case involving former brothers-in-law and Montreal Canadiens season tickets.
The dispute between Louis Terzopoulos and Petros Sakaris dates back to 2014, when Sakaris refused to provide Terzopoulos access to the tickets they had shared for 19 years.
The judge ruled Sarkaris had no right to unilaterally deny Terzopoulos access to the coveted seats above the penalty bench, on the centre-ice red line.
Sakaris plans to appeal.
