The Niagara Regional Police are telling drivers to do better after stopping a truck in St. Catharines with an unsecured load.
The picture shared on Twitter shows a black pickup truck pulled over at the corner of Ontario and Carlton Streets with a full size ladder hanging out the back.
Officials write, 'cutting corners because you are in a rush could cost a life. This ladder was not secured in anyway and no flag.'
The driver was ticketed for an unsecured load, no flag, and failing to surrender ownership.
