A Niagara Regional Police School Resource Officer was stationed at a Niagara Falls high school today following two incidents over the weekend.
The NRP's Stephanie Sabourin tells CKTB officers investigated two separate incident over the weekend with perceived threats towards A.N. Myer Secondary School.
She says both incidents were investigated thoroughly and officers determined there was no valid threat to the students or staff.
Sabourin says they are asking that students and their parents continue to be vigilant of their surroundings and report any threats to police to be fully investigated.
The District School Board of Niagara also calming concerned students and parents saying they should feel safe and there's no reason for concern.
