Parents of kids attending Welland Centennial Secondary School received registration packages of random children in their child's mailed report card.
One mother say she received the medical, demographic, and contact information of 2 children unknown to her.
Kim Yielding, the DSBN's Chief Communication Officer tells CKTB board officials were made aware of the situation today.
A robocall was made this afternoon to all parents at the high school asking that parents call the DSBN (905-641-2929 ext 54117) and leave a message with a contact number.
They are not aware of how many families have been impacted.
The privacy breach was made due to human error.
They continue to investigate how it happened.
