CAA Niagara is hosting its first-ever electric vehicle showcase this weekend.
On Saturday and Sunday, the Electric Vehicle (EV) Showcase, will be held at the Pen Centre in St. Catharines.
It is a free event and will feature experts in the industry, and owners of EVs a chance to show their vehicle off.
It will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day in the back corner of the Pen Centre parking lot along Chestnut St W.
On Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. there will be a special EV panel inside Landmark Cinemas with presentations from four different industry experts sharing their knowledge on electric vehicles, charging and the future of e-mobility.
On Sunday, 'EVs and Espresso' will be held from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. as electric car owners in the community will have the chance to come and show off their vehicles.
Attendees can enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee while checking out the different EVs on display and networking with other enthusiasts.

"Throughout the two-day event, there will be EV vendors and experts onsite, showcasing their products and services, providing demonstrations, and sharing their knowledge on e-mobility. EV owners and EV-curious people alike are invited to bring the whole family by to enjoy the EV Explorers Hub, with kids' activities hosted by Heartland Forest. The event will also feature test drives from Plug N’ Drive (pre-register here) and Tesla (first come, first served), giving attendees the opportunity to get behind the wheel of the latest electric vehicles on the market. Tons of exciting vehicles will be on display both days, including a Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo!"
