The countdown is on as the union representing elementary teachers in Ontario has received their no board report from the Ministry of Labour.
The move puts teachers in a legal strike position on November 25th if a deal is not reached with the province.
In a statement, Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario President Sam Hammond says "ETFO is fighting for investment, not cuts in education, but Doug Ford’s Education Minister Stephen Lecce isn't listening."
Union members voted 98% in favour of strike action two weeks ago.
