The heat wave will continue for the next couple of days.
An excessive high heat alert is still in effect after a sweltering weekend.
The humidity will push the temperature up towards to 40 mark by this afternoon.
With this in mind, Niagara Region Public Health asks everyone to take it easy and drink plenty of water.
Signs of heat-related illness may include confusion, dizziness, nausea, muscle swelling, heart disturbances, and headache.
Current forecasts show the humidity could break on Thursday.
