You'll notice some big changes if you're headed to the Pen Centre mall today in St. Catharines.
Marketing Director Helen Edwards says they'll be keeping track of how many people they allow in.
Only certain entrances will be open and they'll have staff on hand to limit numbers inside the building.
Stickers will be on the floor to allow staff to monitor the traffic flow throughout the building.
If you use a bathroom, you'll find new washroom attendants who will be cleaning after each use.
Hand sanitizer stations will be available on the entire property.
One thing they're not demanding is masks.
Edwards says they certainly encourage their use, but they will not be mandatory.
The Pen has also modified their hours of operation to allow for more cleaning time.
The Fairview Mall in St. Catharines and the Seaway Mall in Welland are also both reopening today.
