Another day of frigid temperatures as all of Niagara remains under an Extreme Cold Warning.
In some areas of the region, the temperatures this morning feel like the minus 40s.
Frost bite can happen within moments - signs include white/grayish skin that feels unusually firm, waxy, or numb.
Last night, the cold proved to be too much for a hydro wire - residents in the North-end of Niagara Falls were without power as crews replaced the frozen wire.
The good news is that a mild air mass will move through the region tomorrow, bringing us warmer temperatures.
People in Southern Niagara can expected another day of treacherous road conditions.
Environment Canada has issued a blowing snow advisory as the winds are expected to kick up to 70 km/h today and more flurries are possible around noon.
Visibility this morning could be poor, but weather conditions are expected to improve later on today.
