Finance Minister Vic Fedeli is set to release a snap shot of what he says will reveal the ``true state'' of Ontario's finances during a speech at 8:30 this morning.
This is the first major address by Fedeli since the Progressive Conservatives took power in June.
He'll reveal the findings of the province's Commission of Inquiry, which probed the previous Liberal government's accounting methods surrounding a pair of teacher pension plans and the province's Fair Hydro Plan.
The province's controversial practices tipped off a two-year fight with Ontario's auditor general, who in a pre-election report in April said the Liberals understated their deficits by billions.
