Niagara Regional councillors will meet tonight, some for the last time.
The agenda for tonight's meeting is light, with outgoing councillors being given the opportunity to make final remarks.
After last month's election, 75 percent of exisiting councillors were voted out after a four year term marred by controversy.
The incoming council will have a lot of house cleaning to do.
Council will have to address the tainted hiring scandal surrounding CAO Carmen D'Angelo, fix the code of conduct, deal with councillor expenses, select a new chair and bring an end to the alleged secrecy and bullying around the council table.
