Students looking to start their own business in St. Catharines could get up to $3,000 in grant money to help them get going.
The St. Catharines Enterprise Centre is accepting applications for the 2019 Summer Company program.
Half the money is given up front, the second half is awarded at the end of the program. Last year, student-led businesses received $30,000.
It's more than just money though - successful applicants will also get 12 hours of mentorship and 12 hours of business training.
Summer Company runs from the end of May to the beginning of September.
Students between the ages of 15 - 29 can apply until May 19th at stcatharines.ca/SummerCompany.
