The Niagara Falls Humane Society Cat Adoption Centre is looking for a new home.
On its website, the centre says it has started a gofundme account to help them find and fund a new location.
Over 800 dollars has been raised.
The adoption centre is closing in Niagara Square on May 1st when the mall will be permanently shut down for a massive reconstruction project.
The project will turn the current mall into an outlet style mall.
The Niagara Falls Humane Society Cat Adoption Centre says it has been asked to leave.
The centre has operated out of the mall for over 7 years and helped find forever homes for over 2000 cats and other small animals.
The space had been donated to the Humane Society by Niagara Square.
The centre says it is pleading for help from the public to help it find a new location.
