The windy weather this weekend forced the Cascades of Fire International Fireworks competition to be cancelled twice this weekend.
The Team Finland display was originally cancelled on Saturday, and then again on Sunday.
Organizers with the Winter Festival of Lights say that means the Team Canada finale will be rescheduled for a later date, still to be determined.
Due to its location on the upper Niagara River winds of 40 km/h or higher can lead to cancellations of the event.
The competition runs this coming weekend on the 16th, 17th and 18th, with all displays beginning at 9 pm.
Officials with the Winter Festival of Lights will be providing an update later today.
