Niagara residents around Lake Erie could see some flooding and shoreline erosion tonight.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry is forecasting water levels near Port Colborne to increase due to surge, which may result in wave heights of more than 1.5m.
Water levels are expected to peak tonight and continue into Wednesday.
A Strong Wind Warning is also in place for the Eastern Lake Ontario basin with winds up to 55 km/hr.
Officials with the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority will be keeping a close eye on the conditions.
