Another outbreak of the flu has been flagged at a nursing home in St. Catharines.
According to Niagara Public Health an ongoing Influenza A outbreak was declared in the Dalhousie Unit at Linhaven Nursing Home on Friday.
Public Health is also tracking three other flu related outbreaks at Albright Manor in Lincoln, the Greater Niagara General Hospital in Niagara Falls, and Tabor Manor in St. Catharines.
So far there have been 9 outbreaks in Niagara since October.
Officials encourage residents to wash their hands frequently when entering or exiting a building experiencing an outbreak, and to make sure all your vaccinations are up to date.
