Word the Ford government's next move will be a major restructuring of the province's health care system.
CBC News is reporting the Tories are looking to dissolve Ontario's 14 local health integration networks.
Sources say they will be replaced by no more than five regional oversight bodies which would keep an eye on spending by hospitals and long term care homes.
The LHINs were created by the McGuinty Liberals in 2007 with an aim to improve health care services
A senior official tells the CBC that objective has failed and the LHINs have gummed up the wheels by micro managing health care providers.
