Months after cancelling the province's cap-and-trade system, the PC government will unveil its climate change plan today.
Environment Minister Rod Phillips says the plan will be clear and achievable.
He has already indicated it won't include putting a price on carbon.
That's a federal requirement the Tories say they will fight in court.
Phillips says Ontarians ``cannot afford a cap-and-trade program or a carbon tax,'' and promised that today's announcement will explain the government's goals and how people can help achieve them.
The cap-and-trade system was brought in by the previous Liberal government and was cancelled in July by the Ford government.
