Ontario Premier Doug Ford says his government will provide an update on when child care centres and schools could re-open next week.
Ford gave few hints about the plan but the province moved today to extend the state of emergency until June 2nd.
"We are going to make it clear next week, early next week. We are just crossing the t's and dotting the i's on the plan moving forward."
Ontario reopened garden centres to the public on Friday, hardware stores on Saturday, and some retail stores for curbside pickup today.
Ontario is reporting 308 new cases of COVID-19 today, and 35 more deaths.
