Pelham's Summerfest welcoming a surprise visitor over the weekend.
Premier Doug Ford took part in the festivities Saturday after accepting an invite by Niagara West MPP Sam Oosterhoff.
The Premier spent over an hour walking around, talking to residents and posing for photos.
