A release from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario says the certificate of Dr. Allan Jackiewicz expired in August while he faced allegations of incompetence and failure to maintain a standard of practice.
The report includes letters from colleagues who noted concerns with the doctor's judgement, with one supervisor even saying the doctor, did not have 'insight into his own surgical abilities and is unable to realize his limitations'
