The Niagara region has been hit with another lawsuit by a former employee
The Standard reporting that Jason Tamming, the former regional director of communications is suing for half a million dollars alleging acting regional CAO Ron Tripp fired him in a manner to inflict maximum mental distress
According to the paper, Tammings lawyer says the firing in December was done during the holidays and just before the birth of his clients baby.
Two other former employees are also suing the region including ex CAO Carmen D'Angelo and former GM Chris Carter
