Damien Goulbourne says the question is 'what will it look like?'
The Ford government is reviewing governance and has said there are too many politicians in Niagara.
Damien Goulbourne tells CKTB a model has been floating around for a few months.
He says last Fall several "conservative friendly politicians" were floating the idea of four cities aligned with the federal and provincial boundaries and then a region.
Goulbourne believes Ford has made his decision and the government knows where it's going.
However, he's hoping there will be some consultation before the final decision is made.
