A former St. Catharines woman now living in B- C who was cleared of terror charges in the western province can now live freely for the first time in years.
Amanda Korody and John Nuttall were cleared of terror charges last month after a judge ruled the R-C-M-P manipulated the couple into planting what they thought were explosives at the B-C legislature on Canada Day in 2013.
Their lawyer says prosecutors dropped a bid to restrict Nuttall and Korody's movements last month.
Scott Wright says this means the couple no longer has to obey such conditions as staying away from the legislature, the Canadian Forces Base in Esquimalt, or any synagogue or Jewish school.
