A store owner in Grimsby has been charged with fraud following an investigation by local police.
NRP say they received complaints about some product at the Milk-N-Things convenience store on Main Street.
A month long investigation resulted in the seizure of a collection of counterfeit water pipes and sunglasses bearing illegal trademarks.
The total value of items is under $5000.
54 year old Hikmat Reda of Hamilton has been charged with fraud, passing off wares, and possession of property obtained by a crime.
He was released from custody with a future court date.
