Garage and yard sales now allowed in NiagaraontheLake

Niagara-on-the-Lake is allowing residents to host garage/yard sales.

The decision is subject to all physical distancing regulations and other health and safety measures recommended by Public Health.

Town officials say it is the responsibility of the property owner and/or the individual hosting the sale to ensure all applicable regulations and safety measures are followed by those attending their sale. 

Garage/yard sale attendees are encouraged to wear a mask if an appropriate physical distance of 6 feet (2 meters) cannot be maintained.
