Ontario's government-run online cannabis retailer is blaming its latest delivery delay on producers.
The online store says producers licensed by Health Canada mixed up product labels of some items.
The only legal retailer for recreational pot in the province is offering a five-dollar rebate to some of those affected.
However, the Ontario Cannabis Store won't provide details of what happened.
It also won't say how many customers are affected or what it will cost the store.
The province's ombudsman has said his office has been swamped by complaints about the cannabis store.
