A final count of votes in Wainfleet has confirmed that Brian Grant will be the next Mayor.
Grant was ahead by eight votes on election night but officials had 29 more ballots to count.
After bringing the candidates together last night it was confirmed that Grant has won by a total of 12 votes 1,067 to 1,055.
