Search warrants were obtained for 5377 King St. W. and 4390 South Service Rd.
The grow-ops had medical marijuana licences, however, investigators allege they were obtained illegally.
They say 14,000 pot plants worth almost $14-million, along with dried pot worth $284,000, were seized at the two locations on Wednesday.
The number of marihuana plants seized exceeded the licence amount by over 10,000 plants.
Two suspects, 60-year-old Jun-Yi, LI and 79-year-old Jie-X Lin, are charged with unlawful production of a controlled substance and possession of proceeds of crime, and police say more arrests are likely.
