It's an eating competition with a healthy twist.
The world's top professional eater, Joey Chestnut, will be at the Erie County Fair on Sunday to compete in a kale eating contest
Chestnut gobbled down 72 hot dogs last month to win his ninth Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest at Coney Island.
On Sunday, he will be up against 11 pro eaters including Gideon "The Truth" Oji, Badlands Booker and Jim Reeves to see who can chow down the most 16 ounce servings of chopped kale salad in eight minutes.
Last year, Oji scarfed back 25.5 kale salads at the Taste of Buffalo to win what was dubbed the world's healthiest eating contest.
