The Hamilton Wentworth public school board is reviewing safety procedures at an elementary school in Ancaster after a four year old boy wandered away.
The boy's father says his son, who is in J-K at Rousseau Elementary, had an accident at school last month and decided to walk home with no pants on.
Fortunately home is not far away and his father tells the CBC he didn't have to cross any major roads.
A neighbour heard him banging on the door of his house, callingout for his father.
The neighbour then called the school and the principal came to pick him up.
The board is has apologized and promises to figure out how the youngster managed to leave school unnoticed, so that it doesn't happen again.
