Hamilton council has voted to ask an Ontario divisional court to review the amount the city funds the NPCA.
The city lost an appeal of the levy last year, which came after the NPCA doubled the amount it bills Hamilton taxpayers.

Earlier this week, the Grand River Conservation Authority followed suit and is increasing the city's annual levy to over a million.
