A pair of Hamilton paramedics charged with failing to provide the necessaries of life in the death of a Brock University student will be in court today.
29 year old Chris Marchant and 53 year old Steve Snively were charged by Niagara Regional Police after witnesses reported paramedics accused 19 year old Yosif Al-Hasnawi of exaggerating his injuries after he was shot while coming to the aid of an older man who was being accosted by two men last December.
The witnesses also say it took too long to get him to hospital, where the teen later died.
19 year old Dale Burningsky King is charged with second degree murder.
A second man, 20 year old James Matheson is facing a charge of obstruction of justice.
