Hamilton Police have a charged a GO Bus driver after a pedestrian was struck.
On March 9, shortly after 2:05 p.m., Hamilton Police responded to a collision involving a GO bus and a pedestrian at the Hamilton GO Centre located at 36 Hunter Street East, Hamilton.
A GO Bus parked at the bus terminal began reversing from the parking location resulting in a collision occurring between the bus and an 84-year-old woman from Brantford.
The woman succumbed to her injuries.
As a result of the investigation, the 60 year old male GO Bus Driver from Burlington has been charged with careless driving causing death.
