Police have released new images of a man who witnessed the fatal shooting of a 19 year old Hamilton man.
It is the same man Yosif Al-Hasnawi went to help the night of December 2nd before he was shot and killed.
Police have been searching for the older man since the shooting and they hope two new photos of the witness will lead to a tip from the public about his identity.
Two men are in custody charged with Al- Hasnawi's death.
Niagara Regional Police and the province are also investigating delays by paramedics getting the Brock University student to the hospital.
His family has launched a lawsuit against EMS for $10 million.
