A 49 year old Niagara Falls has been arrested following an investigation into the sale of heroin.
Police moving in yesterday, busting Samuel Duplessis.
Police say the arrest came after they observed a man selling drugs from his home, a local bar and a parking lot.
Duplessis was taken into custody after allegedly making a drug transaction.
After a search, police seized, 3.5 grams of heroin worth around $1,000 out on the street.
They also found drug trafficking paraphernalia in a Stanely Avenue apartment.
