Niagara is entering Stage 3 on Friday, and that means Hornblower Niagara can start running its boats with more passengers once again.
The tourism operator announcing that boat tours in Niagara Falls will resume on Friday July 24th.
Hornblower will be permitting up to 100 people per Voyage to the Falls boat tour, per Provincial Guidelines for Tour and Guide Services, although that is less than 15 per cent of the 700-person capacity on the Niagara Thunder and Niagara Wonder boats.
Screening and mandatory face coverings are just some of the other health and safety precautions being enforced.
Hornblower started operating on Canada Day as Niagara entered Stage Two of the reopening, but stopped operating with more than 10 people onboard following news it was classified as a boat operator and not a tour operator.
