NDP Leader Andrea Horwath is in the clear.
The Speaker of the Legislature says there is no evidence to substantiate a claim by Flamborough-Glanbrook Tory MPP Donna Skelly that she was physically assaulted by the NDP leader.
Ted Arnott says he cannot find a case of breach of privilege.
Skelly filed a formal complaint against Horwath after she claimed her fellow Hamilton politician pushed her after a debate in the legislature Tuesday.
Horwath maintains she simply touched her shoulder, adding she has known Skelly, a former CH TV news anchor for 20 years.
