An Integrity Commissioner investigation is recommending a reprimand for an outgoing Regional Councillor.
In July, a complaint was filed by local citizen Ted Mouradian against Grimsby Regional Councillor Tony Quirk.
The complaint alleged Quirk breached the Region's Code of Conduct in a number of sections after an email exchange between the two parties.
An investigation by IC investigator Michael Maynard found Quirk to be in contravention of the code of conduct in only one section and has recommended that council issue a reprimand to the councillor.
The report is included in the agenda for the final meeting of the outgoing regional council on Thursday.
